WHILE ON A CRUISE AROUND THE WORLD FROM JANUARY 18TH THROUGH APRIL 25, 2024, I HAD THE PLEASURE OF PAINTING WITH WONDERFUL ARTISTS  FROM THE U.S. AND ABROAD, SOME PAINTING FOR THE FIRST TIME.

IT WAS A JOY INSTRUCTING THEM IN THE USE OF GINWASHI JAPANESE RICE PAPER TO CREATE WONDERFUL, ONE OF A KIND WATERCOLOR ARTWORK TO GIFT OR KEEP.  

          PRIVATE WORKSHOP FOR 4 OR 5 ARTISTS. 

  SELECT AND EMAIL A FAVORITE HEADSHOT OF YOUR PET TO ME AND I'LL CREATE A PATTERN FOR YOU TO PAINT AN ORIGINAL WATERCOLOR BATIK PORTRAIT.  

ALL MATERIALS YOU'LL NEED ARE INCLUDED IN THE FEE FOR YOU TO COMPLETE A WATERCOLOR GINWASHI PAINTING OF YOUR DOG OR CAT TO FRAME IN A STANDARD, 11"X14" FRAME.

BEGINNERS - Before you invest a lot of $$ in art supplies, check WalMart for these  Royal & Langnickel brushes and watercolor sets; a great value for the price.

Hobby Lobby also has a Masters Touch Watercolor set for $9.99 that is a great value.

**Artists must bring 1 full sheet of 140# watercolor paper cut in half for two 15"x22" sheets of mounting paper for a

two day workshop and 1/2 sheet watercolor paper for one day large batik workshop.  Mounting Paper for one day small Batik provided by instructor.

All Waxing supplies provided by instructor.

Mounting medium provided by instructor.

Irons/Newspaper provided by Instructor.
